Homebody

Making Days Count 40

Today was chilly but dry. After all my gallivanting the last couple of days, I was ready for a day at home.

Outside at the feeders I noticed some Golden-crowned Kinglets, a Red-breasted Nuthatch and a Chestnut-backed Chickadee. A few Townsend's Warblers and Dark-eyed Juncos also frequented the feeders but didn't get their photos taken today ;)

  1. I've had a day at home today as it's been raining all day. The only birds I've seen, fleetingly, were the blue tits. Flighty xx

  2. Not much fun going out in the rain, but at least you have started at the plot! It was another home day for me today, just dull outside, however I hear there were blue skies down the road, so perhaps I should have driven south for a bit! The usual small suspects were at the bird feeders today, along with the varied thrush.
