OH MY GOODNESS!!!! Glo, what a creative sweet thing to do! I'm just taking a peek here, Christmas morning, before I start the breakfast. What a cute surprise!
Thanks Flighty ~ the turkey is in the oven, the potatoes, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, brussels, and the sweet potato apple bake are all prepared ~ pudding will need steaming for an hour ~ and just waiting for the group who are on their way. My oldest son peeled the potatoes and carrots and has reshovelled the walkway as 2 inches of snow fell during the night! Now it seems to be in thaw stage and I think snowman weather. Really enjoying my book~ Thank you :)
Nikki ~ Glad you liked your kitty cookies along with the Frog who seems to enjoy being right in the midst of everything! I thought of the cookies right after you made the black and white shortbread, and that was my intent - however they've ended up being coconutted! I can imagine your Christmas breakfast was delicious :) Hope you Roomie, and your families have a wonderful Christmas :)
Ho! Ho! Ho! Glo that is SO CUTE!! What a delightful surprise. Nice to see "Hoppy" too. I enjoyed seeing your tree, so colorful and bright. Merry Christmas to you too—even though The Day is past—the season is still here :)
Hi UHDD ~ Can see by your blog that you had a great Christmas ~ Happy New Year to you :)
Roomie ~ Tasty cats, too :) It was a great Christmas and now on to the New Year!
Liv ~ yes, the Season is still upon us, and still lots of time before the kids get back to school... however I have to start thinking about going back to work...tomorrow!
Brilliant! The tree looks good, as do those biscuits which seem almost too good to eat!
ReplyDeleteHave a lovely day! xx
