  1. Dear Glo, a very Happy and Healthy New Year!

Love this post, it's great fun.

And yes, do come to my country and see all those gorgeous tulips and other bulbs in flower, you won't regret it!

BTW read your gorgeous poem about Minou, well done, it was very insightful.

  3. A great fun post Glo. Happy New Year to you and yours.

The caterwauling feline made Bobby prick his ears up.

  4. Loved that cat vid, Glo! That cat looked like he could tell this was some kind of patched together thing and it didn't make a lick of sense. That entire reaction of startled "What on earth?" is great.

  5. HoHoHo! Presuming I am the elephant lover I'm curious as to why I get to be in the ridiculous part of the post! lol
Very cute Nelly and don't you know, pink ones are my favourite!

  6. Selby ~ Happy New Year to you, too and hope it's a wonderful one!

Yolanda ~ Thank you Yolanda and the same wish for your New Year!
I'm glad you enjoyed the post which was fun to put together.
I was looking online and saw a lovely river cruise through your area at tulip time! It's always fun to dream...and perhaps plan a little.
Glad you found my Minou poem on Nikki's site ~ that was fun to do,too, and thank you for your kind words.

Flighty ~ Thanks :) I like the word 'delightful' ~ and am pleased you found that quality in my post :)

John ~ Thanks ~ 'Caterwauling' is a great description of that segment of my post ~ I can imagine it might cause a few ears to perk up. I might have to keep it around in case any little rodents return!

Nikki ~ Yes, the expression on the cat's face showing those huge eyes is quite comical ~ looks like a lovely cat ~ not as wonderful as yours of course ;)

Daffy ~ LOL ~ I actually had an elephant noise all set up to go with the Happy New Year elephant blowing his trunk, but I thought it may be a bit over the top! Ridiculous, you? Never! Hilarious, yes! Happy New Year!
