If you read
Flighty's Plot blog, you may remember his
Plot A-Z posts. After each post, I have given him an Award, befitting ( I like to think) of the particular alphabetical post.
To carry on with this longstanding tradition ;), I hereby present Flighty with the "Pineapple Pipe Dream Award", which includes a P...oem.
Well. Let me tell you, my eyebrows did rise when I saw pineapple on Flighty's list, but this PPD award takes the cake!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Nikki :) I hope he's successful ~
DeleteWhat has he put in his pipe? Excellent.
ReplyDeleteIt does make you wonder! Thanks, Adrian!
DeleteWell done Glo - Flighty will be delighted.
ReplyDeleteThanks Elaine ~ he seems to be :)
DeleteThanks Glo, I am indeed delighted with this wonderful picture and poem which started my day off with a big smile. I mention, and show, it in my post today.
ReplyDeleteI'm going to read up on growing them and think that I may try one in a large pot this year. Even if I don't get a pineapple it should be a fascinating plant to try and grow. Flighty xx
Glad you enjoyed your latest award, Flighty! Always happy to bring a smile and thanks for mentioning and linking it on your blog as well. Good luck with growing a pineapple :)
DeleteYou have so much creative fun with this sort of thing. So entertaining.
ReplyDeleteThanks Hilary ~ I do enjoy this kind of fun and glad you found it entertaining.
DeleteNot sure why but this made me smile and think of laying on the ground looking at clouds. Very creative.
ReplyDeleteThanks Susan ~ I can see the connection with cloud watching ~ a great way to drift into a creative mindset:)
DeleteHahahaha....BRILLIANT! Your poetry never fails to raise a smile.....where DO you get your ideas! Flighty seems thrilled!!!xxx
ReplyDeleteThanks Snowbird ~ Glad you enjoyed it and pleased to bring a smile... My ideas just materialize and evolve ... I never know where I'm going, but eventually I get there. Yes, glad Flighty got a kick out of it, too! Now we just have to wait for the pineapples to start growing ;)
