Hi Nikki! Well, indeed! LOL I'm wondering how long it will take on Monday before my phone starts ringing! I am a bit of a night owl, so it's possible that I'll be up cooking up a storm, but more likely reading! I've already digested 3 novels over the last week! It's been quite dark and rainy, so a good reason to snuggle by the fire with a book (or two or three)... Happy New Year.
