  1. Beautiful photos! Love snow so much, but we don't get any here until mid winter.

  2. Oh my, that looks so pretty but it's not really something I want to see here!
    As for Bandido...!
I like the header picture and falling snow. Flighty xx

  3. It looks as though those of us near the North Sea coast are in for some snow soon. I like to look at it through the window but it's not my favourite dog walking weather.

I don't think Bandido is straying far with all that free food around. I love his woolly hat.

  4. Bandido's little prints are so cute. It's a shame he doesn't have constructive habits! That first snow is gorgeous, Glo. Especially if you're toasty indoors with a loooong lens ;-)

  5. Hi fer ~ Thanks :) We don't usually get this much snow or have it so cold this early either. In fact last winter we only had a very small amount of snow, and it didn't last. The year before that we had 4 feet of it though! I don't remember it being this cold here before.

Hi Flighty ~ It's pretty and now that I'm not having to go travel to work, it makes it less worrisome. I still had to dig out though! I haven't seen any more Bandido tracks, so perhaps he's found some nook to hide out in. Thanks for the comment re my header and falling snow :)

Hi John ~ The early snow caught us a bit by surprise, although there were forecasts of it. I hope yours stays away for as long as possible, so that Bobby-walking is not compromised. Most of my photos were taken out of my windows! Bandido and his woolly hat seem to have skidaddled for now as there are no new footprints. Since he broke the main birdfeeder I haven't put any more seeds out. Hopefully the small birds have found some safe haven during this cold spell.

Hi Nikki ~ Yes, I'm cosy and warm and only had to shovel the driveway for about an hour. My son did it the first day which was helpful. Yes, Bandido and his footprints are cute, but his behaviour is not! But of course, he is only behaving as he knows how :) Although I don't have a long lens, I have taken most of my photos out of the windows. The wind chill has brought the temps down to -16 which is unheard of in these parts!
