If you haven't already, please check out the most recent adventures of Snowbird and her family on the Garden and Wildlife blog, Land of Giants! My goodness, there is never a dull moment....here's my response:
Brilliant - Snowbird will be sure to love this. There always seems to be some sort of excitement going on over at her blog one way or another. Clever you Glo, well done.
Hahahahahahaha....what utter GENIUS!!! I can't stop laughing!! You are amazing, I think I shall hire you to record my disasters in prose, it sure takes the edge off!!! Lol....the dogs were utterly baffled, they could hear the three of us trotting around the house and after a few barks took to howling, long pathetic howls, the poor things must have had their legs crossed waiting to go out! Thanks SO much Glo, you have a wonderful talent and have made my day....AGAIN!XXX
You're very welcome, Snowbird .... always happy to spread some laughter. I bet the dogs were baffled...and all you needed was them howling in the house (with legs crossed ;))...
Thanks Nikki ~ glad to hear you and Roomie got a chuckle out of the poem, and the adventure itself...in hindsight, there is humour, but not during the exasperating adventure. Funny to imagine, for sure.

ReplyDeleteThanks Elaine ~ I could have a full time job keeping up with Snowbird...as it is my muse can't help itself ;)
DeleteWell done that's a wonderful poem which I'm sure will have Snowbird laughing in appreciation. Flighty xx
ReplyDeleteThanks Flighty ~ I'm glad you enjoyed it...and Snowbird did, too :)

DeleteGlo, your genius never fails to amaze me. Roomie and I had a good laugh envisioning Dina and her poor hubs in the rain.
