It snowed this morning (ok, but melting already), and I am planning to go out this afternoon in my new boots even though there's no snow on the ground now.Oliviahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04014351759393921274noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2416483978289413011.post-90772502480921687872008-12-15T22:26:00.000-08:002008-12-15T22:26:00.000-08:00PS ~ Selba ~ I don't mean that the birds sand the ...PS ~ Selba ~ I don't mean that the birds sand the road, when I say "they"! I meant the road crews :)Glohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09532995590131801962noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2416483978289413011.post-78253163502846958102008-12-15T22:25:00.000-08:002008-12-15T22:25:00.000-08:00Nikki ~ I used to live about 700 miles north in th...Nikki ~ I used to live about 700 miles north in the interior, and also when younger, lived on the prairies, so I spent quite some time in the "frozen north" where 8 months of the year were winter or thawing time! This is like a picnic in the park compared to that. However, it's different snow here since we are close to the ocean. Usually the first day out in it is a bit unnerving until it becomes second nature! I'd rather stay home, though :)

Roomie ~ Glad you enjoyed the snowy views ~ I hope you don't get sick of them, but some years we don't even get any at all, so it's a good chance for photos :)

Flighty ~ Sure you can say wow again ~ could stand for Winter Of Wonder, or White on White, or .... Just as well you're over there then, otherwise I'd throw a snowball atcha ~

Selba ~ The birds must be having a tough time finding food under this snow ~ they do look kind of cute eating from their dish ~ they scattered the seeds all over the place today! They do sand and salt the roads here, but it can be treacherous nonetheless. I'll be careful, thanks :)

Liv ~ But you have your lovely new boots to wear! It would be nice to stay home and enjoy it from the inside. The kids at school are having so much fun, and they come in all red apple cheeky, and smelling of fresh air ~ and covered from head to foot :)Glohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09532995590131801962noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2416483978289413011.post-42297325887502302892008-12-15T21:22:00.000-08:002008-12-15T21:22:00.000-08:00Haha!
